Ms. Sandler is a certified (with distinction) microfinance trainer of trainers by the Asian Development Bank, African Development Bank and the World Bank’s Tokyo Learning Center.

In addition, Ms. Sandler completed the Boulder Institute’s residential course in Microfinance offered in cooperation with the International Labour Organization at its campus in Turin, Italy. During her coursework, Ms. Sandler prepared and gave a seminar on the opportunities for microfinance borrowers to export products to 40 countries using duty-free and reduced-duty preferences.

As a result of these efforts, Sandler Trade LLC is leading a Microfinance and Exports Project involving input and analyses from microfinance institutions, national networks, and technical service providers in more than ten countries.
